Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Framewise Health website at framewisehealth.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the public website only. Use of the Framewise Health clinical platform is governed by separate service agreements with healthcare provider customers.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site without our permission
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or other destructive content
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Framewise Health, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

Medical Disclaimer

The content on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The educational content in our blog and marketing materials is intended for healthcare professionals and hospital administrators.

Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions. Framewise Health's clinical products are designed to supplement, not replace, clinical judgment.

SMS Program Terms and Conditions

When you opt in to the Framewise Health SMS service, we will send you recurring discharge-anchored education reminders, occasional educational video links, and brief follow-up questions related to your hospital discharge from a sponsoring partner hospital.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to 1-833-449-2833. When you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, the carrier confirms your opt-out and you will not receive any additional messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time through your sponsoring partner hospital, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

You can get more information at any time by texting "HELP" to 1-833-449-2833. When you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.

We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers: Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, US Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile. Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages that we send to you or you send to us. You will receive up to 14 messages per 30-day post-discharge enrollment period. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless provider for more information about your text plan or data plan. If you have questions about the services provided by this number, email us at contact@framewisehealth.com.

Mobile opt-in data, consent records, and patient phone numbers will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent and eligibility

Consent is not a condition of treatment or care at the sponsoring partner hospital. The SMS program is offered only to patients (or their authorized caregivers) who have completed written consent through the sponsoring partner hospital during hospital intake or discharge planning. Enrollment is not open to the general public.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Linking to a third-party site does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Framewise Health, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
